What is a mastermind, you ask? Originally introduced by Napoleon Hill, a mastermind is formed when two or more people come together and create an energetic entity that can float above their heads. They brainstorm, challenge ideas, and come up with new solutions. Hill believed that the mastermind was one of the most important elements of success, and we couldn't agree more.

Our Mastermind group is for passionate innovators who are equally open to give and receive knowledge, energy, and presence. Our community grows stronger every day because we encourage each other to bring our best selves to the table.

Here's how it works: we break the participants into focus groups of 4-6 people. Each person has 10 minutes to share their challenge or business case. Questions and feedback will pop up, allowing the collective intelligence to flow more effectively.

Participants take notes throughout the session and use the last minute to summarize what they've learned and what they plan to apply. Our best-case scenario is when someone invites another member to hold them accountable on that day.

At the end of the session, we keep the space open for everyone who wants to connect with each other further.
